About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Construction Administration team. This role has a strong focus on creating a positive customer journey and is designed to support our customers throughout the construction period of their new forever home. 

This is a part-time role, based out of our Head Office in Varsity Lakes. 25-30 hours per week. Days and times will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Duties

• High volume of data entry 
• Sending first and final construction certificates to the private certifier for inspections, prior to inspection date
• Follow up outstanding certificates
• Completion of certificates with accuracy and in line with Coral Homes expected timeframes
• Collating documentation from handover, final walkthrough and quality insurance inspections as required
• Undertake any other duties as directed by management to assist the construction administration team

• Accurate data entry experience
• Willling to go the extra mile to assist your team
• Confident with using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Be solutions focussed, with our customers best interests front of mind
