About the Role

Are you experienced hospitality worker? Mars Bathurst is highly regarded multinational company they are looking for an experienced kitchen staff to join the on-site team. 

Reporting into the Kitchen supervisor, at our Bathurst site, this role will be responsible for excellent customer service, making a great cup of coffee, general kitchen duties, cleaning duties and basic food preparation and cooking.  

All support training will be provided, however previous experience in catering / hospitality is desired. 

This is a part time position, with 30 hours per week being guaranteed, Mon to Friday.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Food Service and Food Safety

• The ability to demonstrate an Exceptional level of communication & Customer Service

• Confidence working autonomously

• Ability to work in a team and work unsupervised 

Our Kitchen staff are Team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.  

Requirements:

•  Australian Citizenship, or Full Australian working rights  

• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check - Mandatory
