Salary: From $96,731 + super (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create dynamic content for web, intranet, social media
• Write and deliver the Team Brief employee newsletter
• Collaborate with leaders to highlight City values
• Analyse engagement data to improve communications
• Support executive communications and events
• Uphold brand and writing style guidelines
• Monitor feedback and adjust content accordingly
• Provide crisis communications support when needed

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement. You’ll ideally bring:

• Tertiary qualification or experience in communications, PR, or journalism
• Proven skills in digital content creation and editing
• Exceptional writing for diverse audiences and channels
• Ability to analyse data and report on communications effectiveness
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Experience in high-pressure or crisis communications (desirable)
• National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
