Job Description - Corporate Receptionist

Troocoo are currently partnering with a fantastic and growing Energy company based in the CBD, they have been going through a significant amount of growth over the last two years and are continuing to grow, our client values versatility and dedication, and are currently seeking a motivated and detail orientated individual to join their administration team as the Corporate Receptionist on a 6 month temporary contract to begin with, possibility of extension or to move to a permanent role, you will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday 38 hours per week with an attractive hourly rate of pay.
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspect of the company office operations. This position encompasses a combination of administrative duties whilst being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. 

In this role you will be responsible for all reception, office coordination and related administrative duties, including but not limited to:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Assist couriers and visitors with all enquiries.
  • Coordinate office supplies and kitchen stocking (tea, coffee, milk, cleaning materials).
  • Manage security/access passes for staff and carpark access.
  • Coordinate with contractors and building management for maintenance and updates.
  • Create purchase orders using SAP.
  • Schedule meetings and perform administrative tasks using MS Office.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated friendly and professional demeanor.
  • High level of written and verbal communication.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Teams and MS Office Suite; experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2+ years in a similar role, reception experience is essential.

What’s on offer:

  • 6-Month contract with a well-established business.
  • Ideal commencement date is between July 1st – July 8th.
  • Centrally located in the Brisbane CBD, Close to all public transport options.
  • Working hours 9-5 (Monday to Friday)
