CPAP Clinician And Office Assistant - Part-Time

About CPAP House and the role

CPAP House is a well-established brand in the sleep and respiratory industry established in 2016. We are an independent provider of CPAP equipment for the treatment of Sleep and Breathing disorders. 

You will be working with the director of CPAP House day-to-day and also will be managing a secondary satellite clinic based in Darlinghurst one day per week on your own. 

This focus of this role will be around initiating CPAP trials with patients that are new to CPAP and guiding them through the process of how to get started. You will also be responsible for managing patients progress on CPAP and assisting them in purchasing the CPAP equipment when they are comfortable on it. 

Day-to-Day Tasks 

• Explaining the fundamentals of CPAP and sleep apnoea to new patients. 
• Answering phone calls and booking patients in on the practice software. 
• fitting the patient with a CPAP mask and demonstrating how to use the machine 
• following up face to face or via phone call with patients on therapy 
• Selling of CPAP equipment and accessories 
• Using Xero to generate invoices 
• Sterilising equipment 
• General management of office, accounts, administration and other clinical tasks that may be required. 

Skills and experience

The ideal person for this position will be:

• Helping to grow the business and develop positive relationships with referring Drs and labs. 
• Sleep science or CPAP therapist background would be preferred but not essential.
