CPAP Therapy Consultant

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.

• Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.

• Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.

• Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.

• Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.

• Handle larger accounts, managing contracts & overseeing a broader range of administrative functions.

• Provide guidance to junior agents.

Are you a MATCH?

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in general office practice

• Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
