Role Overview:

This leading privately owned Australian client who provides premium quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Customer Complaints officer to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • To provide support and guidance to customers through inbound communication channels (email/phone/chat).
  • Action and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries.
  • Resolve issues such as complaints, incorrect orders, and delivery delays.
  • Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Accurately record all enquiries, transactions, and process sales orders within CRM Systems.
Candidate Profile

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Customer Complaints officer
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
  • Proficient computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
  • Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
  • Well-spoken with a good phone manner.
  • Strong data entry and administration skills.
  • Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen.
