MSS Security is seeking Casual and Part-Time Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport. In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal

• Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently

• Maintain a high standard of customer service 

• Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.
   

Requirements:

• Full Australian working rights

• Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check

• Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)

• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours

• 24/7 availability required
