Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Able to learn new processes and new softwares and adapt
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer Service tasks as well as Product Listing tasks.
- Handle all incoming enquiries from customers online (emails, messages, etc.).
- Handle all returns from customers as well as any other Customer Order related tasks.
- Learn Product Listing from our existing team to assist in listing products online.
- Assist warehouse team when needed for picking and packing
