Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
• Able to learn new processes and new softwares and adapt

Tasks & responsibilities

• Customer Service tasks as well as Product Listing tasks.
• Handle all incoming enquiries from customers online (emails, messages, etc.).
• Handle all returns from customers as well as any other Customer Order related tasks.
• Learn Product Listing from our existing team to assist in listing products online.
• Assist warehouse team when needed for picking and packing

This Job is a permanent part time position as a start, for 30 hours per week.
