Customer Service Officer
 

At VetPay we are passionate about providing a high level of service for Pet Owners in their time of need. Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer who will:

  • Be committed to providing quality customer service
  • Be eager to learn, happy to pick up the phone, and have a can-do attitude
  • Be able to provide empathy and kindness to Pet Owners while also having a strong sense of time management.

We are excited to have both part-time and full-time opportunities currently available within our Customer Service team. The role is based in Adelaide CBD and requires an individual who is flexible and available to work Monday-Friday and occasional weekend shifts.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Answering multiple calls throughout the day, assisting all callers with a professional and empathetic mindset
  • Conduct outbound customer contact
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Report to directly to office manager
  • Accurate data entry
  • Processing of payments
  • Liase with Vets, Nurses and Veterinary staff

About you

  • Punctual, positive and efficient individual
  • Previous experience in customer service role
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced call centre environment
  • Clear verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Flexible to work mornings, evenings or weekends
