Customer Service - Part-Time

Position: Customer Service Officer Location: [Ferntree Gully] Employment Type: Part -Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information professionally and courteously.
• Manage customer complaints and concerns empathetically, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of products.
• Update customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and process service requests efficiently.
• Proactively contact customers to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify upselling opportunities.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-oriented demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, customer service software, and MS Office applications.
• A positive attitude, team player mindset, and a desire to contribute to the company's success.
