No experience in picture framing in necessary as all training is provided. However, a demonstrated excellence in customer service is a must. 

Working alongside experienced and passionate framers you will learn the skills required to design, enhance, and handcraft picture frames for a variety of difference artworks, canvases, jerseys, memorabilia, mirrors and more.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Will report directly to Store Manager 
• Induction training to ensure your success within this role 
• Greet and engage with customers  
• Carry out framing design consultations with clients, walking them through all options and assisting in decision making 
• Cutting, joining and finishing of picture frames with the use of the latest framing machinery and equipment 

RESPONSIBILITES 

• Effectively engage and connect with customers 
• Communicate and work with customers during design consultations to ensure customers framing expectations are successfully met and exceeded every time 
• Efficiently manage time to ensure all work is completed within the timeframe allocated 
• Work closely with others within a friendly team environment   
• Late Thursdays and weekend work is not negotiable
