Key Responsibilities for the Role:

Assure and support the delivery of SAP best practice end-to-end process design, build, testing, data conversion, training, and cutover within the functional domain.

Plan and coordinate activities across program phases, resolving complex design and functional issues while maintaining ERP design principles.

Provide governance and assurance over functional domain program delivery, ensuring alignment with approved methodologies and driving risk management and issue resolution.

Support Solution Delivery Lead in planning, managing, and governing activities of program partners to ensure optimal outcomes for Defense and adoption of ERP best practices.

Communicate effectively with key business stakeholders, describing solutions clearly and facilitating understanding.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

8+ years of experience in complex functional domain ICT ERP SAP transformation, including business requirements analysis and conversion into SAP system requirements.

Minimum 8 years of team leadership experience, preferably in SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead roles.

Deep understanding of SAP Best Practice business processes and optimized solution design, with a focus on the end-user experience.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey solutions to key business stakeholders.
