Job Description - Digital Form Specialist

The role

We have an exciting position the has become available for a Digital Forms Specialist to join the myprosperity team in a part-time role located in Melbourne.

The role is responsible for analysing hard copy financial forms and creating digital versions for our Partners to streamline the automation of their data collection processes. You will interact and collaborate with the development team to ensure the addition of new and essential fields to the database. Thorough testing of all new fields is also required to ensure high quality and a good user experience.

This role is best suited for an individual with a strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to the finer points and who enjoys interacting with key stakeholders.

\nKey responsibilities:
  • Receive forms from partners, set expectations, and provide regular updates during preparation.
  • Analyse hard copy form PDFs from external sources to identify any missing fields.
  • Brief the development team on necessary fields for the internal portal.
  • Replicate the original PDF as a digital form in the portal using internal tools after all new fields are built.
  • Thoroughly test digital forms to ensure all fields are replicated and functioning correctly.
  • Deliver digital forms to partners and collect feedback.
  • Forms are created quickly and to a high standard, ensuring our partners are satisfied with their functionality and turnaround time.

Key skills required:
  • Demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain attention to detail and use initiative.
  • Preferably possess QA knowledge for form testing.
  • Experience with ZOHO is a plus but not essential
  • Understanding of fact finds or financial forms is advantageous.
