Digital Graphic Designer - Urgent Position - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Digital and Social Media Content: Create static and animated graphics for digital banners and various social media platforms, ensuring they are visually compelling and optimised for maximum engagement.

Website Design: Design brand and promotional websites using Photoshop, with a keen focus on user experience. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.

Hype Reels: Conceptualise and produce captivating hype reels that effectively communicate brand messages and generate excitement. Utilise motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects to bring ideas to life with dynamic animations and effects.

Email Campaigns: Design visually appealing email campaigns that align with brand aesthetics and messaging. Create email templates, graphics, and layouts that drive click-through rates and conversions, while also ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices.

Print Collateral: Develop print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and point-of-sale that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.

Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and project requirements.

Time Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a digital or graphic designer, with strong digital skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of user experience principles and ability to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
• Working knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Awareness of digital marketing strategies to design assets that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience creating visuals optimised for various social media platforms.
• Familiarity with print design principles and ability to follow brand guidelines for marketing collateral.
