This is a part-time position with hours dependent on your needs, and the value you are able to offer us. The more you can do for us, the more hours will be available.

Skills & experience

Formal qualifications are not necessary, but an ability to show proficiency or learn is critical.

• Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience managing Google Ads search campaigns and working with GA4 to track digital marketing performance and aid business decisions.
• Experience managing Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns.
• Basic CMS web design skills would be an advantage. We use Webflow, but experience with similar platforms is also fine.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to continuously learn and evolve with the market.
• Creative and dynamic mindset for advertising content.
• Strong work ethic.
• Flexibility with ability to undertake multiple simultaneous tasks. We have a tech startup type vibe so the ability to wear numerous hats is advantageous.
• Be self-directed and proactively take on projects which add value to the team.

Tasks & responsibilities

The core competencies we require from all applicants are:

• Develop and execute comprehensive technical SEO strategies to increase organic web traffic.
• Manage our marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn), google ads, newspaper, radio and more. Some of this will be in collaboration with other companies/agencies, and some will be solely your responsibility.
• Create marketing collateral for our website and social media.
• Provide high level support to the executive.
• Work closely with the Director on ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Edit images and videos for social media posts and advertising

Additional responsibilities which are not required, but would be nice for the applicant to be able to take on:

• Implement ongoing website maintenance and optimisation to resolve issues and increase our sales.
• Create reports from sales and project management software including HubSpot, Simpro and Pylon.
• Take over Google ads and/or Meta ads campaigns from our agencies.
