JPS Disability Support is a registered NDIS provider offering exceptional support in your own home, in the community or in a SIL environment.
We are currently seeking outstanding female support workers to support a young woman in a SIL in Griffin, Moreton Bay.

About the Role:
- 24 hour rotating roster for a SIL house in Griffin that currently has 1 tenant
- Morning, evening and overnight (asleep) shifts
- Assisting with Personal Cares
- Supporting a young woman in all aspects of daily living, assisting her to build her independent living skills
- Supporting a young woman to access the community including social and recreational activities
- Transporting young woman to and from appointments/activities as required
About You:
- Enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive
- Truly invested in supporting people to live their best life
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work alongside allied health and other professionals
- Ability to follow reports and plans written by allied health and medical professionals
- Confident working with people with limited/alternative communication
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Open Drivers Licence
- Own Reliable Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Cert lll in individual support an advantage but not mandatory
