As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work directly with the children and your team to create a positive, safe and stimulating environment. Working within the overall values and direction of the organisation, you will have autonomy in developing programs for the children, along with managing a team within your service. You will also have access to training opportunities and mentoring to help you develop your skills.
