Your Role:
- Craft and lead a dynamic education program for our 3-year old children.
- Collaborate with our passionate Centre Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members to foster a loving environment for children and families.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a lively, educational experience every day.
- Support, Mentor and inspire the room’s educators to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, families, children and the wider community.
- Share passion and enthusiasm for creating educational, interesting and inviting play spaces, linking to the curriculum.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent, recognised by ACECQA.
- Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, skilled in VEYLF, EYLF, and NQF.
- Senior first aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications.
- Victorian Institute of Teaching registration (VIT).
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
