Rothwell Kids Early Learning Centre is a beautiful homely centre, which caters for 94 children a day aged between six weeks and six years.  This amazing centre has just achieved an EXCEEDING rating. The service has been completely transformed into a centre that children truly deserve.

Are you an experienced, motivated and passionate qualified educator? At Rothwell Kids ELC, we are looking for Educators and Lead Educators to join our amazing team. You will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor and Assistant Centre Manager, and Educational Leader. 

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Be passionate and desire to work with infants
• Take pride in the presentation of the centre
• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
• MUST hold a Cert III/Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
