Job Description - ECommerce Administration Assistant - Part-Time

Qualifications & experience

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion/fitness/beauty retail landscape.
  • Experience with CIN7/Shopify/Gorgias/Zendesk is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and the ability to apply best practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • A passion for customer service excellence and providing an industry-leading experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with two recent relevant referees required.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Day to day processing of web orders – compile for warehouse
  • Lead the daily efficiency and operations of Online Customer Service.
  • Utilize our Customer Service platforms to respond to queries through various channels, including live chat, email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and phone.
  • Amend Inventory, upload new products to the website as required.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and kitchen facilities, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the Showroom, including merchandising and assisting the sales team as required
  • Keep customers informed of shipping updates or delays, utilizing basic order tracking procedures via Google Sheets and other applications.
  • Manage fast-paced stock/order requests, ensuring inventory availability, and coordinating with reception.
  • Provide customer support at the showroom counter on Saturdays, learning showroom operations, processing order paperwork, registrations, and sending out quotations.
