Permanent Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
(Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education & Care required)
Salary: $41.88 – $57.94 per hour

We're looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher, a Lead Educator and a Casual Educator to join our vibrant team and help shape the next generation of curious learners.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current and valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training

Key Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to individual children

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with families and colleagues

• Skilled in observing and documenting children’s progress to inform future planning

• Team-oriented with a commitment to building inclusive, respectful learning environments

Desirable:

• Previous experience in an early childhood teaching role

• Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

• Commitment to ongoing professional development

• Experience with documentation platforms or childcare software tools

• A passion for inclusive education where every child can thrive
