About the Centre
Sunkids Mermaid Waters caters for 162 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout modern learning environments designed specifically for each age group.

If you have the desire to:

• Lead a room with confidence whilst providing support to other Educators in the room


• Develop trusting relationships with families through regular, honest and open communication regarding the care of their children


• Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning


• Develop, plan, implement and evaluate quality educational programs whilst ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded


• Use your prior leadership experience to mentor Educators to develop and implement inspirational programs that help children achieve learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or actively working towards


• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates


• Current Blue Card
