Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a family-orientated, early childhood service with a focus on providing quality education and care for all children, educators and families. Little Scholars services are beautiful & well-resourced environments that care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

The opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time (37.5hour per week) experienced contact/non contact Educational Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need;

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• a current and valid Working with Children Check
• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
• effective oral and written communication skills
• the ability to mentor and support educators with delivering their day to day program. 

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
