Care of the Elderly is Our Priority: Our focus is on providing exceptional care for the elderly. As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety. Utilise your skills in medication administration, wound care, and other specialised areas to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Essential skills and competencies:

• Teamwork with colleagues
• Friendly and positive personality
• Clinical care - medication rounds, wounds care etc.
• Liaising with visiting GP's and allied health providers
• Lead and supervise as required Carers (some personal care duties with the team where required)
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor of Nursing
• Computer and documentation skills
• Demonstrated practice of Hygiene and Safety practices in aged care
• Current police check
• Evidence of Seasonal Influenza Vaccine
• Evidence of COVID vaccination

Experience and Qualifications:

• Work experience of 2 years in Age Care highly regarded.
• A good understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation and ACFI requirements
• An understanding of continuous improvement and OH&S
