Calvary Health Care Bethlehem is a 32 bed health care facility providing a range of inpatient, community and ambulatory services for palliative care and progressive neurological conditions.

About the role:

An opportunity exists for enthusiastic and suitably qualified Enrolled nurses. The position is working in St. Teresa’s Unit supporting patients with general palliative and neuro-palliative care needs. 

Enrolled Nurse ~ up to 3.4 FTE available, Permanent Part-Time

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• A patient and family-centred approach to care delivery.
• Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
• A strong commitment to customer service and risk management
• A commitment to their own learning and quality improvement
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism
• The ability to coordinate patient care
• The ability to identify and respond to the changing needs of individuals with a Progressive Neurological Disease & Palliative diagnosis
• The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Qualifications:

• Registered with Australian Heath Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 12 months clinical experience in an inpatient setting
