We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisor who enjoys connecting with people, achieving results, and delivering personalised beauty experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of the brand, creating memorable experiences for every customer by:

• Delivering personalised skincare and makeup consultations tailored to each customer's needs.


• Recommending products through demonstrations, cross-selling, and expert beauty advice.


• Building long-term customer relationships that inspire loyalty and repeat visits.


• Achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional service.


• Performing professional skincare consultations and makeup applications.


• Sharing the latest product knowledge, beauty trends, and application techniques with customers.


• Keeping the counter beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest visual merchandising and hygiene standards.


• Participating in ongoing training to develop your product knowledge, selling skills, and digital/social selling capabilities.


• Collaborating with your team, brand partners, and store management to create an outstanding shopping experience.
