Job Description - Events Administrator

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage Event Inbox
  • Manage and coordinate Campaign Collateral
  • Support the event Manager with managing national invoicing / budgeting
  • Support Events team with national projects e.g. event toolboxes, processes and procedures
  • Coordinate training - event management platforms
  • Organise / manage event campaign folders and files
  • Manage, order and distribution of national supporter gifts
  • Support Event Coordinators with managing event registrations for Capital City Events
  • Coordinate all events team stationary supplies
  • Manage national events calendar
  • Attend and coordinate event meetings as required - creation of agendas and minute taking to ensure wider teams and stakeholders are kept up to date and informed
  • Support event coordinators with administrative event logistics of Tier 1 & 2 Events

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role

Proficient within database management & comfortable with latest relevant software & web based

communication applications

Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Excellent time management & organisational skills

Attention to detail

Great verbal and written communication skills

Flexible working hours (during event periods)
