To support our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant to be the right hand for our Wing Commander / Director.
About The Role
As the Executive Assistant you will provide professional secretarial and administration support, whilst serving as a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem-solver. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly perceptive and has razor sharp precision around diary and email management, seeking a part-time, flexible opportunity that supports work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Director can work efficiently and effectively by managing their diary, organising appointments, handling incoming correspondence, and arranging travel.
• Prepare and edit communications, proposals, prresentations, and other documents.
• Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Bookkeeping support, including invoicing clients and monthly payroll in Xero.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to understand and support the Director’s working style to achieve outstanding results.
Key Skills:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager, or in a similar role and industry.
• Professional and proactive with high levels of initiative and discretion.
• Superior time management, problem solving, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to edit communications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse stakeholder group at a senior level.
• Ability to manage virtual meetings, conferences and events.
