We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to manage reception desk and general administration of Cosmetic and GP practice. We are committed to ensuring our clients receive an outstanding caring and efficient service and we therefore require an empathetic individual with great organisational skills.
Main responsibilities
Front desk duties
Greeting and assisting Client.
Telephone duties of receiving, making appoitments and directing calls
Administrative tasks of patient care
Answering and redirecting emails
Collecting and processing payments, raising invoices and maintain stocks in the software system
Billing and Batching – processing Medicare online
Invoicing and stock control
General office duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, opening and distributing mail.
Manage social media accounts
All other ad hoc secretarial duties
Skill required:
Experience in medical practice administrator/receptionist role
Excellent interaction skills with patients, staff and other professionals
Experience with medical software
Ability to work in a small team and independently
Work well under pressure in a busy practice
Strong organisational and time management skills
Have attention to details
