Experienced Caretaker, Building Manager Or Property Manager - Part-Time

We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager/Caretaker to assist in the management of a small boutique management rights property in Kangaroo Point.

The Role

In order to be considered for this role you must possess the following:

• Professional qualifications and experience in a similar role
• Part-time, 10-15 hours per week across 2-3 days
• Significant experience with managing trades, contractors, and security;

The role requires someone with caretaking experience. Someone who is familiar with Queensland property management and has the CV and qualifications to prove it. The individual chosen must have strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Attention to detail is non-negotiable. The role is 10-15hours across 2 to 3 days per week.

Standard industry rate remuneration proposed, to be negotiated depending on applicant experience.
