About the role

• Greeting and managing patients arriving in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering of phones and handling mail
• Appointment book management 
• Facilitating billing procedures 
• Updating medical records and patient information 
• General administration duties such as emails, scanning and faxes
• General cleaning duties 
• Support to practice manager and doctors

About you 

• Experience as a medical receptionist 
• Experience using Best Practice Software (desirable)
• Friendly, bubbly and professional temperament 
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• An eye for detail
