Export Coordinator - Rapid Progression - Part-Time

About us
We are an Australian owned freight forwarding company.
Due to an ever expanding client base we require a freight forwarder for our export operations, initially part-time.

Qualifications & experience  
Must have export experience
Proficient in Mandarin speaking and Microsoft programs.
Strong communication, time management & problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities
The Export Sea Freight Operator will be responsible toensure the following:

Bookings received from customers are registered.
Bookings to the shipping lines are sent.
Transport bookings are arranged.
Forwarding instructions & country document cut offs are sent to the shipping line.
Shipments are invoiced on time.
Pre-alerts sent on time.
Creditors  invoices  are approved.
Transhipment cargo is checked in.
