Facilities Assistant - Part time

No two days will be the same!  You will rotate weekly across both roles, offering loads of variety and you will develop a broad skills base across all things admin.

You will spend your time working across 2  offices in the CBD, 10 mins walk apart.  Hours are 8.00 to 1.00pm Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri, 20hrs per week, Permanent part time salary $39,000.  

Our Facilities Assistant role will mainly focus on back of house admin functions.  You will work with mailroom processes, AV/VC support, kitchen and stationary purchasing, assist with external contractors, front desk and so much more!

Who are we looking for?   

• You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner. 
• You will have basic Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems. 

Our Admin assistants are team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.  

Requirements:

•  Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights  
• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
