Food & Beverage Attendant

• Support the daily operations of the outlet and assist the Management team in the effective and efficient running of the restaurant.

• Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests, both in-house and external, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

• Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests respectfully, offering menu recommendations and assistance through meaningful interactions.

• Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to the venue’s service and operations.

• Maximise seating efficiency and guest flow through effective multitasking and clear communication with the management team.

• Accurately process financial transactions and carry out end-of-day closing procedures in line with company policies and standards.

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills

• Hands-on and customer focused 

• Approachable, charismatic, and fun

• Product knowledge of menu and dining trend

• High level of attention to detail 

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
