The Role? It's More Than Service – It’s Leading With Style

You’ll be the heartbeat of Giuseppe’s Cantina and our bar operations, confidently steering the team through busy service periods while making sure every guest leaves smiling. You’ll:

• Lead the floor during service, setting the vibe and the standard
• Be hands-on and supportive, coaching the team to deliver those “wow” moments
• Help with rostering and training, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Handle challenges with a cool head and a guest-first mindset
• Be a champion for creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the ibis Styles brand

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:

• Have hospitality running through your veins and a genuine love for great food & drink
• Have previous experience supervising a team (or are ready for that next step!)
• Are confident in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people
• Hold a valid RSA
• Are happy to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
