Food & Beverage Supervisor - Part-time & Casual

Located on the doorstep of Surry Hills & Oxford Street with 413 rooms, Ibis Styles Sydney Central is the perfect destination for guests to experience all that Sydney has to offer! This is a hands-on role which is focused on delivering exceptional service and experiences to our valued, loyal guests. Supervising primarily the breakfast service, you will have a strong presence in the operations, supervising a talented team. 

You will:

• Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Provide guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds expectations.
• Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
• Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
• Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues. 
• Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
• Experience in bar and cocktail service, with a passion for mixology.
• A passion for leadership and strong communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including early morning starts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• A valid NSW RSA.
• Valid Australian working rights.
