Fractional CFO - Dynamic Team - Part-Time

About the role

• We are looking for a fractional CFO who can provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to our growing business.
• You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and risk management.
• You will also work closely with our CEO and senior management team to support our strategic planning, fundraising, and business development activities.
• You will be a part-time contractor to begin with, working remotely and flexibly, with a commitment of 10-15 hours per week.  We expect this role to grow and develop in line with TechForGood's growth trajectory, so there is every opportunity for a full-time position & additional Advisory Board/Shareholding opportunities..

About you

• You have at least 5 years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably in the technology or social sector.
• You have a CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification, and a strong understanding of accounting standards and practices.
• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results and insights, and driving strategic decision-making and growth.
• You have a passion for social impact and a commitment to our mission and values.
