Job Description - Front Desk Admin (Up To 25 Hours/Week) - Excellent Benefits Package - Part-Time

We are looking for a remarkable Front Desk Admin (up to 25 hours/week) to join our high calibre team at Islamic Women's Association of Australia in Roselands, Sydney NSW.

IWAA is a community organisation providing a wide range of services to assist people from mainstream and culturally, linguistically & religiously diverse backgrounds.

As a front-desk administrator you will be the face of the organisation when clients visit and provide support to all IWAA teams including aged care, NDIS service delivery and settlement services. Your role includes duties such as reception, general administration duties, inventory control and support with meeting room bookings. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA 

  • Experience and willingness to work in culturally and linguistically diverse community service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including effective personal and telephone communication techniques as well as the ability to initiate written correspondence as required.
  • Demonstrated administration skills including the preparation and production of documents, maintenance of organisational records and operation of office equipment
  • Have excellent computer and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office word processing spreadsheet and databases. 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage own area of work responsibility without supervision and utilise effective time management
  • Ability to demonstrate an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and make a positive contribution to the team environment
  •  Current open drivers licence and access to vehicle
