About us

Sue's Burgers and Shakes is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.

The ideal applicant will be a customer and food focused manager who leads by example and posses that X factor with guests and staff.

We're looking for someone who's not only great with customers and staff but also has the attention to detail and experience required to help assist with maintaining smooth FoH operations. This role is hands on being a customer and staff facing role, daily duties include assisting with Managing, Supervising and driving existing team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and high levels of customer service.

The ideal candidate will already have experience in assisting or supervisingand leading a team in a restaurant or bar working in a fast paced environment.

• Stock Controls
• Rostering

Tasks & responsibilities

• Serving customers in a professional and timely manner, Achieving customer satisfaction benchmarks across various platforms
• Managing and overseeing day to day FoH & Bar Operations
• Opening and closing the Front of House section of the restaurant, cash handling and till balancing
• Managing customer expectations and providing a great customer experience
• Food Quality and Order Accuracy Checks
