The Role:

We're on the lookout for a versatile Front of House professional who is confident in waiting tables but also isn't afraid to jump behind the bar when needed. Your adaptability and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service will make you an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.
• Confidently manage bar duties, including making drinks and engaging with customers.
• Assist with maintaining the ambience and cleanliness of the dining and bar areas.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our food menu and wine list, enhancing the dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• WSET Level 2 qualification is a plus
• RSA and a Three plate carry a must

Employment Conditions: This is a full-time salaried position under the Publican.Co Enterprise Agreement 2023/2024 and FairWork Legislation.
