Our client is seeking an energetic, flexible and dedicated generalist Human Resources Manager to join the team. This part-time position, based in Shailer Park, supports the business in achieving its vision and strategic plan through providing high level day to day operational and strategic HR support and advice to the business. 

Your Role

• Part time, working 2-3 days per week in office (full time would also be considered)
• Formulate team and individual key performance indicators
• Develop and manage wellbeing programs
• Provide support with individual performance improvement plans
• Assist managers in identifying development training needs within their teams
• Assist managers to resource for their teams and manage the recruitment process
• Prepare and manage the induction and on-boarding processes for all new team 
• Support managers and team members throughout the employee life cycle
• Advise managers on employee relations issues 
• Formulate and manage the annual operational and strategic HR plan and budget
• Manage HR records and documents 
• Keep up to date on employment legislation changes and advise managers accordingly

Your Experience

• Experience in a generalist HR Manager role working within an HR function
• Strong knowledge of HR requirements and employment legislation
• Strong decision-making skills and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritising skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and direction
