As a Graphic Designer at Sparrow Early Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our brand identity. You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and implementing creative solutions across various mediums to effectively convey the essence of Sparrow Early Learning and uphold our brand standards. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Relations, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring our brand vision to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Developing and implementing an ongoing content strategy aligned with our brand positioning and pillars.
• Designing, creating and producing all brand & property collateral along with digital assets in adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders and agencies to ensure alignment with the brand vision.
• Establishing efficient and scalable systems and processes for creative execution.
• Setting industry benchmarks for creativity and storytelling consistent with "The Sparrow Way."
• Responding to ad hoc requests including event creative in a timely manner.
• Maintaining brand integrity while exploring new concepts and designs.
• Contributing inspiring designs for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and corporate initiatives.
• Participating in photo and video shoots for content creation.
• Coordination of external agencies, web designers, printers, and colleagues as required.

What you’ll need: 

• Formal qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and captivating design work.
• Experience in developing and refreshing brands and applying brand guidelines across multiple mediums.
• Adaptable and capable of working from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Video editing capabilities are an advantage.
• Fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively to meet project briefs and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines.
