As a Growth and Performance Manager in Sydney, you’ll directly coach and mentor our centre franchise partners to build thriving centres that transform thousands of student lives.

What You Will Do

• Franchise Partner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, partnering closely with Franchise Partners to implement proven operational and growth strategies that ensure the success of every Success Tutoring centre.
• Elevate Student Outcomes & Experience: Provide expert guidance to Franchise Partners on leveraging proven Success Tutoring methodology to ensure consistently outstanding tutoring delivery and exceptional student results.
• Strengthen Partner Capability: Act as the performance coach, delivering tailored business reviews, operational guidance, and training that empowers Franchise Partners to elevate their leadership and deliver outstanding student outcomes.
• Drive Local Market Growth: Support Franchise Partners to execute high-impact, hyper-local marketing campaigns, build strategic school partnerships, and run community engagement events that establish each centre as the undisputed go-to tutoring provider in its area.
• Ensure Brand Consistency & Excellence: Monitor and enforce compliance with all Success Tutoring systems and brand standards across all locations. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and uphold network excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about education and coaching business owners to succeed.
• Holds a current driver’s licence and own car for regular travel across Sydney.

You’ll Excel Here With:

• At least 2 years’ experience coaching operations or franchisees, tracking performance and problem solving.
• Experience working through structured improvement programs and action planning.
• Hands-on experience rolling out consistent standards and business programs.
• Confidence delivering impactful group training and workshops that lift performance.

• Strong empathy combined with commercial pragmatism and accountability.

Remuneration

• $32– $38 per hour + superannuation.
• Casual loading included, with a clear pathway to a secure permanent part-time role.
• Car travel reimbursement + paid travel time between centres.
• Performance-based bonuses tied to franchise growth and centre performance outcomes.
