What you will bring to the role: 

• Passion for connecting with people and providing luxury hospitality 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
• High level of emotional intelligence and relationship management skills
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Proficiency in using hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
