Permanent Part Time Front Office Role - 2 Days Per Week & Fill In for Annual Leave 22 Weeks for Year - Total 34 Weeks Per Year.
Landmark Resort & Spa is located directly opposite the main patrolled beach of Mooloolaba. It provides 4 Star accommodation ranging from Studio1;2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments. It is an independently owned property with a major foot print in Mooloolaba.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Front Office person. The applicant must have previously worked in an accommodation operation preferable in a large apartment complex. This role is on a Permanent Part Time or Casual Basis working 2 Days per Week(Tuesday & Wednesday) & Filling in for Staff Annual Leave of approx. 22 weeks which would include weekends.
This role will require flexibility of work hours. Remuneration will be based on experience & above award rates will be considered for the right candidate.
We are seeking someone who has worked in reception/rooms division of an accommodation property. Previous experience in front office reception/reservations of a Resort/Hotel is a requisite for the role. Working with a small professional team of experienced staff members.
Landmark Guest Service Agents will be able:
• Deliver excellent customer service from check in to check out
• Be multi-skilled in performing front office tasks including the selling of the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations & maintaining guest accounts
• Provide our guests with information regarding the local Tourist Attractions
Ideal Qualifications for our Valued Staff Members
* Previous experience within accommodation property e.g. Motel/Hotel/Resort
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Well presented & immaculate grooming
* High levels of computer literacy with previous experience on an accommodation PMS system. REI Master/Cloud highly regarded.
* Reservations & telephone answering. Converting inquiries to sales.
* Can do attitude towards customer service.
