Guest Service Agent (Part-Time & Casual) Quest Port Adelaide - Get Hired Fast

Quest Port Adelaide is a multi award-winning 4.5 star serviced apartment hotel. We are seeking a committed, loyal and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on either a casual or part-time basis
 

The Role

The key responsibilities include:

• Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner,
• Check-in and check-out of guests,
• Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations,
• Assisting in-house guests,
• Finalising guest accounts,
• Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays (as required). Reception operating hours are 7am-11pm 7 days.
• Ability to do occasional after hours on-call

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:

• A passion for providing friendly personalised service,
• Reliable and able to work a flexible fortnightly roster at both properties,
• The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team,
• Excellent grooming and presentation,
• High attention to detail,
• Personable and bright face to face and phone manner,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,
• Previous experience with Windows systems and/or Front Office reservation programs (this would be advantageous),
• Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.
