Job Title: Nurse (RN) / Surgical assistant 

Full-time, part time or casual

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about patient care, have exceptional bedside manners, and excel in an organized setting. Your role will be multifaceted, integrating clinical nursing / surgical assisting duties with administrative and front office tasks. 

Key Duties:

• Perform sterilization processes before, during, and after procedures, following strict protocols.
• Assist in scheduling staff and managing daily clinic operations.
• Work alongside our doctor during hair transplant surgeries.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient communications and follow-up care.
• Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee the logistics of medical instruments and supplies in the operating room.
• Safety/Hygiene and Compliance 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards during all procedures.
• Execute pre and post-operative tasks to the highest standards.
• Ensure patient safety until they have departed the facility after procedures.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

Experience in a surgical or clinical support role is preferred but not mandatory. Nursing qualification and registration with AHPRA. A keen interest in dermatology and skin care.The ability to maintain focus, stamina, and precision. Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
