Hospitality Services Team Member

As a Casual Hospitality Team Member, you will provide support to our residents across our Bray Park residential facility.

Your Role: Hospitality Services Team Member

You’ll provide essential services across cleaning, kitchen, and laundry, helping maintain safe, comfortable, and welcoming homes. You will:

• Deliver safe food handling and catering services

• Maintain cleanliness and a homely atmosphere

• Support residents’ wellbeing with respect and compassion

• Identify and act on health and safety hazards

• Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping

• Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

• Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues

Essential Requirements

• Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn catering, cleaning, and infection control procedures
