• Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities
• Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld
• Support roster planning and operational efficiency
• Coach, mentor and train Housekeeping team members in line with brand standards
• Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with grace and urgency
• Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (luxury or upscale hotel background is ideal)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal
• A proactive and guest-first mindset
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends
